Bobbie Jean did an excellent job helping us sell our investment property in Jacksonville and we highly recommend her if you are selling your home locally or out of state. We do not live in the area and we were nervous at first, having never worked with her, but she far surpassed our expectations. She communicated with us very frequently and kept us updated throughout the entire process. She used her local contacts to come in and completly freshen up the interier and exterier to help make it market ready and look it's best. The vendors were reliable and quick. Bobbie Jean is the best realtor in NE Florida! She sold my home in St. Johns county and assisted me in downsizing to a townhome in Jacksonville.
