From the beginning, we found Bob Walsmith Jr. to be courteous and well-informed. Throughout our house-seeking endeavor, they were very accommodating and made themselves readily available to either meet with us or answer our questions. Furthermore, they were keenly attentive to our needs and sought to meet them, which they most certainly did. Bob went above and beyond the job of a typical real estate agent. They met with a pool builder about the feasibility of building a pool. Later, Bob met and procured estimates for turf and a pool fence, lugged packages, and overdue deliveries... and the list goes on and on. Then to our surprise and delight, he added a pool table and basketball hoop as their housewarming gift to us. Not only does Bob stand above the rest - He is OUTSTANDING! We wholeheartedly appreciate his continued efforts during the past six months, and especially for enabling us to purchase this beautiful house. We wish him continued success and good health!

I happened to meet Bob Walsmith Jr. by chance, and got to like and trust them after we met in person for the first time. Over the course of looking for my first house, I got to know him better, and realized how lucky I was to have run into him!Hes is very professional, courteous, and detail-oriented. If there's a question whose answer they don't know, they'll chase it down and get back to me very quickly, and they're not afraid to say they don't know the answer upfront. There are also so many details, agreements and other things involved in buying a house, and WM PROPERTIES are excellent in keeping track of all those things and giving me ample warning for when deadlines were coming up. Bob worked well with the rest of the real estate team, including my loan officer and the escrow as well as the seller's agent (who isn't local) to keep things on track. Finally, he listened well and figured out what kind of house fit me best. Most of the houses he recommended were places that I ended up liking, and he was very open to my suggestions as well if I found something else. Bob made my first time buying a house really easy and a pleasure. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.
