She was patient in showing many properties and in some cases multiple times per property and always very accommodating in schedules. Karen had great ideas on how to be competitive with the offers we put in. Once we went under contract she was extremely helpful with setting up all the inspections we needed and coordinating with access to the property, helping with observations during the inspections and further negotiations etc.
