About Bob the Realtor What about Bob? I have served many satisfied Buyers and Sellers on Maryland's Eastern Shore since 1978. Whether working with individuals to market their primary or secondary property or with developers in projects such as East of the Sun, Trident's Trumpet and Colonial Village, I look for creative ways to achieve the best results. Earning a Broker license, I worked with agents on transactions in the role of Office Manager in Ocean City, Ocean Pines and Salisbury. Aiding agents and clients through the marketing and purchasing process. Personal real estate achievements include Rookie Realtor award, numerous Executive Club and Silver Level production awards and ERA's Circle of Honor. I also achieved designations for Certified Sales Professional, Workforce Housing, Price Strategy Advisor, Accredited Buyer Representative and Resort Second Property Specialist. My satisfaction comes from seeing my clients reach their goals, whether it being purchasing that 1st home or reaching the reality of their dream home they always wanted. Serving Maryland's Eastern Shore area of Wicomico, Worcester, Somerset and Dorchester counties I am knowledgeable of the many communities and varied lifestyles that make up the Lower Eastern Shore.
