I been a part of my fair share of real estate dealings both professionally and personally. I will only work with Record Realty because of Bob & Michaela. First time home buyer here. I worked with Bob for 4 years and had plenty of "no's" before we got our first home. Even Bob told me when it wasn't a good idea to buy on multiple homes -- that's all the confidence you should need. Never once did I ever feel like he or record realty was just trying to get me to buy to move on with the sale. Can't recommend him or his team enough. Beyond patient, beyond trustworthy, and beyond awesome to work with. They're willing to put in the time and work and act as a consultant, not just an Agent. Bob is now a good friend and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Michaela and Bob were amazing!
