Bob Frey was so helpful in helping me to sell my mother's home. In the beginning it was Bob who informed me that we would likely need to go through the probate process to sell the home. With this knowledge we were quickly able to find a lawyer to navigate the probate process and get the home on the market fairly quickly. Bob and his team seemed to anticipate every question or need that I had and always were a few steps ahead of me making sure the sale process moved forward quickly and efficiently. The home sold quickly and closed with very little effort on my part which was so appreciated by me.

I would highly recommend Bob if you are looking to sell your home. I was very impressed by his strategy, contacts, due diligence and follow through AND RESULTS!!!I spoke with a few Realtors before choosing Bob. After all, this is the biggest single purchase you are likely to make in your lifetime, and you cannot afford to go with 2nd best, as it could easily cost you a 100k-200k.While the other Realtors tried to win me over with their more "upbeat personality & social skills", Bob won me over with his thoughtfulness, understanding of the market and experience. As an example, I had asked Bob to evaluate my "walk away" fee based on a sale scenario being complete. He evaluated it very quickly, to a very close proximity I had done earlier, while the other 4 Realtors seemed to struggle with this basic computation.Bob was very professional throughout the process, knew who to contact, and what to say to get things done and done right! He did a great virtual 3D tour among other things.And thanks to Bob, my home sold on 10/4/2022 for than the MLS listing price, in an area when sales were plummeting with interest rates rising quickly. We have know Bob about 20 years, he helped us sell our first house in Hayward. Then we moved to Castro Valley and sort of lost touch with him, when it became time to sell in Castro Valley we chose a different agent BIG BIG MISTAKE The agent we picked couldnt sell our house 5 months of misery, We finally came to our senses and called Bob what a relief Bob came in and saved us. Bob came in told us exactly what needed to be done , if you want to sell your house Bob is the man to get the job done .Tells you upfront what he will do does not try to aEURoeSugar Coat itaEUR? I didn't think the house was ready for the market and wasn't looking to sell, but a friend suggested that I contact Bob Frey and I'm so grateful that she did. Bob looked over the house and said, "Yes! I can sell it!" Really!?! And that's just what we proceeded to do. With Bob's guidance, support and expertise and with the market just beginning to turn, we managed, once it was listed, to squeak out a sale in just a few weeks. He was available by phone or text and even a late night call to discuss strategy, when it was necessary. He worked with my tenant to show the house and keep things moving forward as smoothly as possible. My first ever home sale. Selling a home can be a rollercoaster ride so you better have a realtor who knows the business. Bob Frey is that realtor! Bob laid out the process from day one! He gave us great advice on what and what not to do. Every time we were in need of advice or answer a question, Bob made himself available. He gave us great advice on how to get our home ready to go onto the market including suggesting paint colors and other needed upgrades for the house. When we needed some extra help to finish projects at our house, Bob provided us with contractors who specialize in residential projects. They did quality work for a fair price and fit us into their already busy schedules.We highly recommend Bob whether your selling or buying a home and will defiantly use him in the future should we be in need of a realtor!
