One thing that I can't say enough, is get yourself "pre-approved" for a home loan before you really start the shopping process. I don't want you to find the perfect home and then miss out because someone else who was pre-approved slips in and takes it from you.

Most people don't want to buy a home that isn't move in ready. If you want to get top dollar, take the time and increase the curb appeal. Paint if it needs painted. If you have tall weeds in the yard, chop them down. You would be surprised at what you see sometimes.

First-time buyers, investment property flippers, and seasoned buyers

I recently had a nice lady who was on a fixed income and really wanted to find a place of her own to get out of the tiny apartment that she was overpaying for. It wasn't easy because of her limited income and the cost of lot rent here in the valley. After looking and showing many homes, we found a super cute place in a 55+ community with all of the amenities at a great price. After the sale was complete, I check in with her from time to time and help her with little things like installing a flood light and hanging her television. I love helping people.

After driving a semi-truck for about 30 years, it was time for a change. I needed to find something that was flexible, something that gave me the freedom to be my own boss, and at the same time help people. I love meeting and creating relationships.
