Bob Dini

Bob has been a Realtor since 1989 and an annual top producer since 1992. He

has been a member of the Andron Epiphanon Fraternity every year since 1992.

His career began with Prudential Preferred Realty in 1993 and has been one of

the top agents in the company annually, achieving the top awards for Leading

Edge Society, President's Circle, and Winner's Circle. Bob is highly involved in

new construction development and has been site coordinator at 4 new

construction sites in the South Hills and West Hills regions and involved was Site

Team Member in Pittsburgh's most dynamic and cutting edge "Green" new

construction communities in the South Side of Pittsburgh, Riverside Mews and

Windom Hill Place. Bob has an extensive background in commercial / investment

property and has been involved in numerous rehabilitation projects. Bob is

recognized by his peers as one of the most knowledgeable agents in the business

and continuously advocates the education of the public and the Realtor

community alike. With the growing popularity of Green construction, Bob has

strived to be one of the leaders in that field. His career began with assisting

many first time buyers and has ascended to the relocation expert, having sold

homes in the most popular communities throughout the greater Pittsburgh region

and working with many "high profile" and discreet individuals. Bob was hired in

June 2010 as the Director of Sales in the Mt Lebanon office of Prudential

Preferred Realty and provides coaching, recruiting, support and additional duties.

Bob's career has included over $100 Million in sales of residential and commercial

real estate throughout the Greater Pittsburgh region. Bob has represented buyers

and seller clients from North Strabane to Cranberry, from Monessen to Hopewell,

and has extensive knowledge of the South Hills markets of Mt Lebanon, Dormont

Borough, Upper St Clair, South Fayette, Bethel Park and Collier Township. Bob has been annually one of the top agents with Prudential Preferred Realty as well as one of the top agents throughout the South Hills neighborhoods in the West Penn Multi list.
