My husband and I went to Bob after a discouraging experience with another agent. We had already fallen in love with a home and were told to keep looking. There was too much risk in this one with no understanding of the attachment wed already made. When we spoke with Bob, it was a completely different experience. Even with decades of experience, he still operates with passion and most of all understanding that a first home is a huge deal. The purchase ended up being extremely complicated, but Bob was both tactful and truthful the whole way through. He knows when you are stressed and we can say from personal experience, he will do everything he can to take things off your plate.
