Bob has excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of real estate, we were incredibly impressed by his exceptional market knowledge and expertise with the realty market. They always advocated for us. For them it isn't necessarily about making the deal they always look out for their clients best interest which is very rare in this business. Bob was prompt on returning calls and explained every step clearly. Communication with Bob and Keli was always prompt and all issues were addressed during the process and were kept well informed. We had a short sale offer Keli went above and beyond, kept in constant contact with the Lender and provided all documentation. Unfortunately the sale didn't go through. When reviewing agents to list our house, Bob at Palmetto Elite Realty listed more homes and sold more homes in our particular area than any other company or agent. He also had a business plan and marketing plan; these strategies made a lot of sense to us. The pictures were very professionally taken, and their follow-up and communication skills were outstanding. Our house was listed, received an offer after 5 days on the market and was ratified 4 days later. We were incredibly pleased with Bobs negotiating skills with the buyer agent. When Bob was listing the house, he explained the new rules for the buyer and seller agents. Extremely knowledgeable of the current market and upcoming trends. During the negotiations he saved us thousands of dollars. He definitely had our best interests in mind while representing us as sellers. The transaction was exceptionally smooth and straightforward. Bobs lack of responsiveness lead to us backing out of a sale. We were more than patient and extended the contracts due diligence period 3 times to try and work out negotiations. However we did not even get responses to negotiate on.
