The process of selling our home in Grover Beach started with a community controversy and ended as a global pandemic erupted. We were seriously so lucky to have Brad representing us through this! Brad has extensive personal connections and familiarity with Five Cities as well as the home buyers we needed to target, so we knew right away that we wanted to work with him on this. From the beginning, he worked with us to understand our needs. He helped us prioritize the things we should update before we listed and it really helped a lot. He made sure we didn't waste time or money. None of us predicted that within a week of listing our home a neighboring church property would become front-page news because of a scandal that involved rezoning to become a homeless shelter. That situation lasted the better part of a year and although we had many showings during that time, buyers were concerned about the unknowns. A neighbor ended up selling during that time for much less than they originally listed because of it all. Less than a month after some resolution came in the church scandal we had quite a few showings and received a couple of offers. We soon sold our home, at the current full ask. We had only come down what we believed we had to in order to compete with the market, unlike our neighbors who sold for significantly lower than that. It's without a doubt that if it weren't for Brad's guidance and representation it would have turned out a lot differently. I cannot say enough how appreciative we are to have worked with him aEUR" and he stuck with us through some really challenging times! He was always direct, involved, and supportive.
