Blake with Malbec Realty was so amazing to work with, I'm very lucky that I found him and continued to work with him through the entire home buying process. When we first started exploring options for me he noted that my pre-approval and down payment assistance was a bit unconventional, and recommended me another program and loan officer that allowed me to get a higher loan amount which really opened many more doors for my home search. Blake and I looked at 6 or 7 homes together I think and he was very upfront about things he didnt like about the homes and potential issues and I really feel like he had my best interests in mind.
