Blake was amazing during both our selling and buying process. He was patient as we looked at so many houses and never made us feel like we were bothering him. He took the time to make sure we had our house ready to begin showing and made sure our listing pictures were top notch. We love our new house and are glad we didnt settle. We will use him again if we buy or sell one day.

I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. Blake was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didnt need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) aEUR" every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to them. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I needed to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didnt know all of the right questions I should be asking (or dos and donts, for example) and he would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. as a first-time home buyer, I'm not sure what to expect, whats good/bad, etc., and he was always so candid and provided his own perspective of different aspects of each home that he thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what he had learned about us. I truly appreciated his input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it. Its easy to push paper and get the signatures, but he was really focused on making sure i was satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Again, for a first-time home buyer, this process is very stressful. Yes, there are a number of things that people can do to make it easier. But as you can see, Blake went above and beyond (as I'm positive he does with all of his clients) and truly made me feel like I had a confidant/partner throughout. Blakes promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. Ive already recommended him to two of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Blake !
