They say that everything happens for a reason, and I truly believe that is a fact... I met Blair after firing my last realtor. In my first phone call with her I explained my dilemma with my previous realtor who lost me the house I wanted due to her lack of knowledge, the fact that she was always late... etc. Blair was understanding on the call and tolerated me droning on about my house hunting blues. She was great. Literally within a day I was looking at three houses with her - a total change from the last realtor. By the end of the first month we had looked at a bunch of houses. Blair was knowledgeable on the areas I wanted to look in, and the way VA loans worked which was a total plus! Top that off with a personality, and an honest straight forward way about her, intelligence plus spark, and you have yourself someone you want to work with. This is the first time I have bought a home in over 30 years, and the first time buying one on my own. Blair made the process painless. She was responsive to my endless texts and questions. She was quick to set times to look at houses when I saw one I wanted to look at - and when I walked into the ONE - she was quick to jump on it and work with me on putting in the offer. She walked me through the process like walking a toddler through a mud puddle ridden street in a white dress. I came out clean on the other side of the street. If you are looking for a realtor that works with you, understands your needs and goes above and beyond while juggling her own life full of family and clients - Blair is the one for you! And she doesn't walk away when the paperwork is signed, she still answers questions, that's important. I realized I have been in this area for five years and have been looking for a house for 5 years off and on. I think in the end, I was looking for the right realtor as much as the right home.
