BJ Brick

BJ Brick was born and raised in Traverse City. His love for all things real estate stems from the purchase of his first multi-family home at the age of 18. Through that first transaction, he learned early the importance of having smart, timely advice through the sales process and he strives to bring that level of service to his clients. The birth of his first child prompted he and his wife Kecia to leave prominent careers in Chicago and make the move back to his hometown to join RE/MAX Bayshore Properties as owners. He has facilitated its growth, shaping RE/MAX into one of the top brokerages in the Traverse City area, increasing the team by 34 agents and nearly 160% in volume in just 4 short years. His client driven process led him to become TAAR's Rookie of the Year in 2013, to consistently hit 10M in sales volume annually, and to become one of Traverse City's 2017 Top 40 under 40 recipients for his business success and philanthropic contributions. BJ believes raising his kids in the area is a truly magical opportunity, and he appreciates and understands the Gold Coast area as only a local can.
