I found Billy & Collin Hubbard simply through a Google search and reached out to them. They asked me a few questions and within 24 hours I received listings for dozens of houses. My son and I flew out several days later. The Hubbards had a game plan (we saw nine houses) and they performed the negotiating on the house we chose. A few counter offers later and we closed the deal the next morning. Billy was aggressive in his negotiations and recommendations, and I was very pleased with the accepted offer. Escrow closed in 15 days. I am not easily impressed, but I am very impressed with the Hubbards . They are professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I recommend them without hesitation.
