My partner and I worked with Billie and Brittany for the sale of our home and we are so glad we did. This was our first time selling a home and they were highly responsive, motivated, and supportive throughout. My BFF and I were lucky to have worked with Billie on selling our condo. She may be small but shes mighty! Billie worked closely with our realtor, Shannon in Vancouver, WA. Our goal was to coordinate the sale and move as close as possible. It was a lot of work but Billie kept us on track. If Billie tells you shes going to do something, be sure to know she will follow through with integrity. Her talent in marketing properties and looking at the selling trends is part of her genius. Billie was an outstanding agent to work with from the first time we met and she continued to provide outstanding service even after the sale was complete. She was referred to us by a close friend and realtor up in Northern California who commented that if he was selling or buying a home in Southern California, he would personally use her. After working with Billie I can see why he feels the way that he does as she was an outstanding realtor to work with throughout the entire process, ultimately helping us sell our home for an amount above our asking price. Billie provided outstanding guidance while still remaining patient and sensitive to our personal preferences and thoughts. She communicated clearly and thoroughly every step of the way, helping explain some of the more complex aspects in a way that we could understand and was always available for questions (even when we bugged her in the evening!).
