About Bill Yingling

Bill has lived in the Central Florida area since 1981. He was in the real estate business with his father in the mid-1980's and switched careers to the boat business in the mid 1990's. Bill retired from the boat industry in 2016 and had a passion to get back into the real estate business. Having been in sales for a majority of his life, he is well versed in contract negotiation, marketing, and always offering the best possible service for his clients. He holds his SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) designation. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Teresa, boating, fishing, riding motorcycles, diving, networking, and enjoying the Florida lifestyle.
