About Bill Tierney

People who know me, know I love to cook. So, when I want the freshest produce, I don't go to the produce aisle at the grocery store; I go to Holly Hill Farm here in Cohasset. When I need to meet someone for coffee, I don't go to some large franchise, I go to Seabird Coffee & Co. When I need to serve a great dessert, I am not back to the grocery store, I head to French Memories. When you want a home on The South Shore, entrust your dream to me, Bill Tierney at Michelle Larnard Real Estate here in Cohasset. I have been a Cohasset resident since 1996. I put my children through The Public Cohasset schools. I have served on the boards of the Cohasset Education Foundation and The Cohasset Field Hockey Club. I have co-chaired the Junior Sailing program at the Cohasset Yacht Club. While I am not a native of Cohasset, I am very entrenched here. I can find you the right house, bank, builder, school, yoga studio, and yes, even the freshest organic ingredients for a good meal. This is the area where many of my peers list their accomplishments. I too could add plenty here, but if you are a buyer or a seller, my only accomplishment that is important to you is the one we will do together.

We worked with Bill as our buyers agent from Dec 2020 - April 2020. My husband and I were first time home buyers and new to the south shore, so we had a lot of questions. Luckily, we had Bill to help us through the process. Working with him was completely seamless! He was very communicative, knew the market well, and was always willing to go above and beyond. He did a great job showing us a variety of homes and getting to know our needs. Then, when we found our dream home he helped us jump on it and negotiate a successful offer. We had an incredibly smooth closing process with very few hiccups. I would recommend him to anyone buying in Cohasset/Scituate/Hingham (possibly beyond! those were just the areas we viewed homes in).
