Bill Shanklin

Bill was born and raised in Texas and has been associated with the farming and ranching industry all his life. He held a full-time career as a firefighter for many years, while also working with cattle and horses and in real estate part-time. Retiring a few years ago from the fire service, he actively operated the family ranch located west of Graham, Texas in Young Country where he managed a cow-calf operation on his ranch and a stocker operation on some additional owned and leased property. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Bill is focused on going above and beyond for each client and helping them achieve their goals. Bill and his wife, Vicki, currently live in Wise County, Texas. They have two sons, Brody and Brent, who are both married and have two sons each. Bill and Vicki enjoy going to watch their grandsons play sports, raising cattle on their acreage and spending time at their church, First Baptist Decatur.
