Bill was very responsive and guided us the whole way through the buy, sell, and 1031 exchange process. We felt taken care of and our questions were answered with competence and confidence. If he didn't know the answer, he would figure it and report back to us. He was willing to help us sell a property that was 100 miles away from where we live locally. He reassured us to make this process less stressful, including being available to chat after typical business hours. He is a very experienced realtor and was very direct with the other party during the negotiation (e.g., didn't play any games). We are very satisfied working with Bill and would absolutely work with him again.

My wife and I began searching for a home near the beach in early June this year. We searched on Zillow for properties in Ventura County and found several. He introduced himself and after much discussion we were impressed with how calm, knowledgeable and empathetic he was in our quest to find our aEURoebeach homeaEUR?. I am in the business of relationships and advice and appreciated his non aggressive demeanor throughout our journey. Bill was active in finding homes that met our criteria. He was quick to answer/return our calls as well. He was with us every step of the way when we found the one we wanted!
