I found Bill to be very knowledgeable and straightforward. He answered questions as honestly as he could and if he didn't know something he told me and got the info and then got back to me. He had a good balance of not pushing and also being available. When I would call or write he got back to me in a timely way.

Our experience with Bill Martin and Margo Casio was simply exceptional. Bills down to earth personality make him very easy to work with, but his honesty, integrity, expertise, and very wise guidance were all so important in getting our complex transaction over the finish line. Whenever the uncertainty of contingencies or the timing of the multiple transactions caused us anxiety, Bill was there to calm our fears and give us faith in the process. While we once were set on selling our house ourselves, we can assuredly state that we never would have been able to navigate the transactions without Bill. Bill absolutely went above and beyond to get my home sold. For example he had a person cut the grass when I couldn't be there, he recommend a carpenter to do some repair work and he met with me at my convenience any and every time I had questions. Bill kept me informed and sent updates regularly. He was there every step of the way from the listing to the closing.
