Bill was very helpful and responsive to all questions and viewing of homes. Being that I was from out of state, he would go to homes and view for me, send me photos, videos and follow up on questions of properties that I would have. He made himself available at all times and assisted in setting up a time for me to come down personally to make my final inspection once we found a home. He was very informative to local contacts including closing attorneys available. The type of treatment and commitment he showed me, you would think I was buying a very expensive home, but that was not the case, the value and commission was not a concern to him but giving great customer service was a priority and it showed. I would highly recommend him, especially if you need an agent that can really evaluate locations due to being far away.
