We have a Marketing Director, a contract to close Transaction Coordinator, and a Client Care Specialist. Our marketing, our transaction management, and our client communication systems look very different than most agents. Our goal is to provide the highest standard of service in the industry, and we have professionals on staff to ensure the best customer service experience. We educate our clients. In order to get the best deal on a home, or sell a home for the most money, it pays to be informed. Our clients will gain an understanding of the local market conditions, the supply vs the demand for homes in their price range. They will know things like the average List to Sales Price Ratio and Average Days on Market, and much more. Our clients will gain a better understanding, so when it's time to negotiate they can be very strategic in their approach. We work hard to ensure our clients reach their goals. We are strong negotiators! Often, the #1 thing clients are hiring real estate agents for is to get the best possible price if buying, and the highest possible price possible when selling. We are trained in negotiation and have developed excellent relationships with local agents and service providers to save our client's money. Our annual marketing budget is more than TEN TIMES a typical Realtor's annual budget. Our clients benefit from our support staff is which provides for extreme exposure for our client's homes on every major real estate website.
