I highly recommend Bill, he stuck with me for almost 2 years trying to sell my house. He and his associate Pierre are 2 of the best people Ive met, he always answered my calls or texts and if he couldnt he always got back to me very fast. Bill is the best..I had listed a property through him and when the title search came back it was a mess.. it took almost 2 years to get straight..in which Bill and his associate went to court with me, comference called my attorney with me ..always answering calls or text with questions i had..And the buyer stuck it out as well..finally it was all straight and i sold the property, Thanks to Bill !! I would def recommend him if u r looking to buy or sell you wont find a better person or realtor !!

Met Bill Jennings when my husband & I began our downsize search. We engaged him as our buyer's agent. Found the perfect bungalow for rehab in NKCMO & closed the deal in record time. He checked in frequently during the lengthy (almost 3 year) rehab to see how we were progressing. When the rehab was completed we listed our big house with Bill.
