He didn't pressure us at anytime to make a purchase and allowed us to go through the first time home buyer viewing process. We learned about what we liked and didn't like and Bill made every viewing feel like it was still a win by sharing his knowledge of the properties and the areas we visited. When we did find the house we loved he helped us offer a fair bid that locked in the house of our dreams!
