I went to Bill for assistance both in selling my old house and buying a new one. Bill was amazing and I quite literally could not have done it without him. His contacts in the trade proved invaluable when evaluating a home to purchase. Bills depth of knowledge made the process easy. He walked me through both buying and selling, educating me with his easy manner, throughout the undertaking. He more than earned his keep both in the buying and selling process, saving me money in the purchase and more than earning his keep in the protracted sales negotiation process. Bills communication style meshed perfectly with my expectations. He was great at communicating when there was news, yet he didnt pester me when there was nothing to report. When I had questions, he had good answers. In all he made a complicated process so much easier. Whether buying or selling, I would recommend Bill Hays to anyone. Bill worked with me on selling my aunt's house after she passed as a part of her estate. He came recommended to me from a number of others who have used him to buy or sell property.
