I had previously listed my home with another realtor and was disappointed with the lack of progress. Bill had been recommended to me so I contacted him to discuss my listing. He met with me quickly and really listened to what I had to say. He makes suggestions based on his years of experience and knowledge of the industry. Bill is a 'take charge' type of person and that is what I wanted. I had confidence in his abilities and trusted that he would help me make the best decisions. When I disagreed or didn't understand something, Bill was always patient to walk me through it step by step and gave me time to process any decision. My home began showing immediately. I found Bill Hall on the Dave Ramsey website, and he lives up to the reputation as a true Realtor professional.
