So when it was time to move again, we of course contacted Bill. He and Lettica asked for, and actually listened to, our priorities in selling our home, which was incredibly important. They provided excellent guidance in terms of pricing and house preparations, and were very creative in getting the word out to potential buyers the face of COVID restrictions. Because of this, our home sold very quickly in a competitive market. They were responsive, collaborative, and highly professional. I would highly recommend their expertise.
