Beverly really deserves two reviews from me. Back in early 2013 I contacted Beverly after doing some realtor research and she made days worth of time for us to find a new home in Florida. Two full days and we found a great home in a great neighborhood. Fast forward 12 years and it was time to downsize. Beverly kept in touch the entire twelve years and was my only call to sell my home in Coral Springs. She knew the market, she did open house after open house and helped negotiate and close the sale. If you need a realtor in that area, she's the pro.
