Fixer Upper?) until I finally figured out what I wanted. She got all of the information I needed from various sources to help me make that decision, offering advice that kept me on financial and schedule track in spite of myself. THEN she took a chance on the spot that ended up being my purchase. THEN she had the paperwork done the same day and stayed in constant communication with me until we had a closing.
