Beverlee is a GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR Institute), a C.I.P.S. candidate, a CBR (Certified Buyer Representative), a SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and a member of the Burlington Area Chamber of Commerce and President of the Rotary Club of Burlington. Locally, Beverlee has been a member of the EMAR (Eastern Middlesex Association of Realtors) since 1989, serving as their President in 1998. In 1999 she was named the Eastern Middlesex Association of Realtors (EMAR) "Realtor of the Year" as well as the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) "Realtor of the Year". Beverlee served as a member of the Eastern Middlesex Board of Directors from 1994 to 2004. On a statewide level, Beverlee is a member of the MAR and is a member of their Board of Directors. 1999 and 2000 she served as the Regional Vice President for MAR and in 2001 Beverlee was the Vice President of Professional Development. She is the President of Real Guild since 2010.Beverlee is a graduate of Stonehill College and taught in the Westford Public School System for 10 years. Beverlee has lived in Burlington since 1980 with her two sons. She is also a member of the Grand View Farm Task Force and previously served on the Burlington Bicentennial Commission.

I sold a house as part of an estate sale which required working my way through the Probate Court in two different counties. Beverlee' s experience with this situation and knowing what to expect kept the sale on track while we encountered delay after delay. Beverlee and her team works me on what needed to be done to sell the house. She has a cadre of electricians, landscapers and handymen available that are prompt and efficient.
