Betty is the absolute best agent we could have hoped for and we are beyond grateful to have worked with her. We met Betty in Bedford, PA where we were originally looking at several properties. We were so impressed with her dedication and attention to detail, that we asked her to represent us four hours away in Wellsboro, PA for another lot and she agreed without hesitation. She took control of every situation we were uncomfortable with and guided us through legal hurdles we did not understand. She protected us from the unprofessional seller agent that did not know basic PA form requirements, offensive voicemails, and emails lacking responses to valid questions during our contract period which took over 4 months. Betty consistently reviewed seller agent documents that were not filled in properly or were incomplete which is why it took months to close. The title company called us to praise Betty discovering details that fell through the cracks that sellers did not disclose. The title company also told us this was by far the most difficult closing they have encountered.
