Juan & I, Bettina, have lived and worked in Collin Country with their 3 children for over 20 years. It all started because my Father suggested that I get into sales because I actually like helping people, and he said, "Nowadays everyone just wants to sell stuff. Back in the day, people helped people, and that's the way it should be. Bettina, you actually like to help people and are good at it. I bet you make a killing in sales." So we dove into real estate sales because my Aunt owned her own real estate brokerage and did quite well selling real estate, and my Father said, "Well Bettina, if your Aunt Sissi can do it, you can do it!" Fast forward, I got my license, and it Real Estate has been an amazing vehicle for Juan and I to help families and friends Buy & Sell Homes, Houses, Investment, Vacation Properties and so much more! We started off as a young family helping families sell their homes and move up into larger homes. Then we helped them get investment properties for their kids "college funds" or retirement" Then we started helping folks with fix and flips. So through the years we have gained amazing relationships in the industry that allows us to help our clients with more creative solutions. It was fun then, and it's fun now.
