I owned a Palm Coast lot which I decided to sell. I contacted a real estate friend of mine in MA and inquired if she knew a R.E. agent in FL. She suggested contacting Bethany at Century 21 which I did. Short of it was that Bethany was wonderful to work with and within a few days found an interested party to purchase the lot. During the process, if I had concerns or questions seeing I was in MA, without fail she immediately returned my calls/emails.
