Bethany was by far our favorite realtor we have ever worked with It starts with her warm and friendly personality She immediately felt like an old friend and talking to her was always a pleasure She is incredibly responsive and follows through quickly Every question was answered with a wealth of information and knowledgeBethany showed grace and patience through all of my Type A personality issues and gently talked me off a ledge multiple times I really cannot say enough awesome things about her She was our first introduction to life in Nacogdoches and will be a hard act to follow We highly recommend using her

Bethany Orheim was a gift from God to our family We decided some time ago that we would relocate to Texas As retirees we were looking for a slower pace of life along with conservative values that East Texas had to offer We began our physical search of various cities and towns within East Texas in March 2025 We had one agent showing us multiple homes that we had selected from various multiple listing websites which listed homes in the area of interest We found one home we liked but the agent we had at the time did not conduct the negotiations efficiently After two weeks we returned home to New York and the negotiations on this particular home had gone nowhere like a stick in the mud Frustration set in and I decided to call to inquire about a completely different home Well I called the listing agent on the property and it happened to be listed by Bethany Orheim I explained to Bethany that we were looking to make a cross country move and the agent we were working with was not meeting our expectations Bethany PATIENTLY LISTENED to ALL our needs and concerns and was willing to leap into the drivers seat and guide us through all facets of purchasing a home and along with the cross country move From then on she always maintained a clear path of communication and ensured that we understood and agreed with any negotiation that was about to take place Her contingent documents and contracts were professionally prepared and clearly understood Bethany was gracious to take time away from her family to drive 2 hours for a video showing of a home we eventually purchased Once we decided this was the home Bethany shifted into high gear and navigated us through the areas of the home during the inspection process Bethany seamlessly guided us and successfully negotiated all areas of the home that needed attention We finally had the opportunity to meet the BEST REAL ESTATE agent in the world at closing mind you once again Bethany was able to take time away from her family and drive over an hour and a half to Longview Texas Her infectious personality and voice are a true reflection of her calling and should be emulated by her peers Thank you Bethany
