Bethany was the first agent we received when we were moving from SC back to southern IN. It was hard because we?d already sold our house in SC, had to love in a hotel and with my mom in Bloomington for a month while the house in Corydon closed. It was a new build, so there were many hoops that Bethany had to go through to get us approved. She worked non stop to get us in there! And then about two years later, we decided to downsize and buy an older house, more headaches! Bethany took pics of our new house we?d only lived in for two years, posted them same day, and we had like over 100 views in a matter of hours! And an offer within 8 hours. She got us into our ?downsized? home seamlessly, and we will use her again if we need to relocate in southern IN. Can?t say enough good things about her, she is constantly making sure we are fine and always has had very immediate communication with us.
