Beth was the most amazing realtor ever. She worked with me for over a year and half to make my dreams come true. She made sure I got the home of my dreams. She was always available to answer questions, calm anxiety and give resources. If she didnt know the answer, she would find it. She was always available and made everything so easy. Beth represented me as my buyers agent for my first home and I dont think I would have been able to get it if it wasnt for her truly tireless work. To her credit from the very beginning, I am certainly not the average buyer looking for the average house, and I fell in love with a fixer upper that was priced much too high. After being under contract once and trying to make myself walk away after the inspection, Beth showed me one other house but knew I just couldnt let go of the first one. She kept checking in with the sellers agent on her own, giving me updates and encouraging me to keep trying. Finally, after at least 2 months of back and forth, we found a price we could all accept. Without her perseverance, initiative, good attitude, and faith in meant to be, my dream house would have likely been torn down by a builder by now, and Id still be hunting for a unique house that makes me giddy the way this one does. Thanks again Beth for sticking with me through all of my craziness, and for sharing my value of how things feel. I couldnt have done it without you!!
