She showed us properties 6 separate times until we found the lot we wanted. Beth was always willing to help us thru this process. The most redeeming quality about Beth is that she is a genuinely nice person, and a pleasure to deal with. Her knowledge of homes and property is without equal on the Big Island. She knows this market-period.

After providing her with a few ideas of what we were looking for Beth provided us with several options that she thought would "check all of those boxes" for us. Her choices were spot on! Before we flew over to take a look at them in person Beth sent us a very detailed market analysis for each property for us to read so we could hit the ground running upon our arrival. We were able to find that "perfect place" for our family and with Beth's help we put together an acceptable offer and successfully closed on the property. This was the first time we had been involved with a short sale property so we had a lot of questions about how the process worked. Beth is very experienced with short sale transactions so she was quickly able to educate us on what to expect in a short sale situation . We were very thankful for her patience, hard work, and time that she put in to make this deal happen. Beth is extremely knowledgeable about Big Island real estate market conditions, has a very good handle on the current inventory, and responds to all requests in a timely and efficient manner. Purchasing a property from the mainland could have been a daunting process but instead Beth truly made it a very comfortable and seamless buying experience. I would highly recommend working with Beth if you have an interest in purchasing property on the Big Island!
