I have purchased multiple homes with Beth. She is honest and hard working. Each time we gave her our needs for a new home and each time she had multiple listings that may fit what we want. She would give us detailed history on the homes, much of the information that couldn't be found in standard MLS details. This included the types of families that have lived there, the types of neighbors, and what to expect in the negotiation. Having been in the business this long she knows how to connect you with the right house and you can have honest discussions with her about pros and cons of each home. She will let you know what she thinks will happen with the house that you buy in 5-10 years (ie may need new roof, you will probably have it back on the market, etc.). While she doesn't give you an official home inspection, she does equip you with the right (very specific) questions to ask during one. She won't force you into a house you don't want or cannot afford. I wouldn't go with anyone else.
