My Granddaughter was purchasing her first home and Beth made it so easy for her. First, she connected her with a loan officer and then sent her homes to look at on the computer. When they went out looking at homes, Beth knew exactly what my Granddaughter was looking for and found it almost immediately. We hired Beth to sell our house in 2021. We had offers on our house within days, so that was fine. The problem (with Beth) came when we went to close on our new construction. At our one week walk through, not much was finished. I felt there were months left of work. Beth told the contractor that we would not move in until these thing were complete, Thus setting a precedent that she has some knowledge in this sort of thing. Our closing day came, and 80% of the items were not complete. I simply referred to Beth , and her statement, and said we would not accept the house, and would not be moving in. It was at this time, Beth stated we didn't have a choice, they would find us in default. She completely blind sided us, claimed to know things, but was basically uneducated. We are still waiting for things to be completed after 7 months. Yes, it is the builders fault as well, but Beth fully made claims she was not able to back. I feel as though we were just a commission check, and that is all. I would just warn people to do their due diligence before trusting Beth with any sort of real estate transactions.
