Where do we start? We live about 1.5 hours outside of L'ville and wanted to find a house for our son who is a student there. After several google searches for "Best Agents in Louisville", I noticed Beth's name came up on every page so I emailed her an inquiry as to what we were looking for, and I soon found out why she was at the top of all of those sites. Beth responded very quickly, spent time understanding my needs, and set me up to receive alerts to new listings. She was patient with me as I asked all kinds of questions and even agreed that since my wife and I couldn't be there, to show the houses to our teenage son and his friends. We knew that when she survived this experience, and didn't charge us hazard pay, we had the best around! Ultimately, we found a home that exceeded our expectations, Beth negotiated a great deal...even in this crazy market, and was by our side all the way through the closing. Rarely do you find someone so willing to work this hard for someone she had never even met! Beth was professional, knowledgeable, always quick to respond, but most of all was so easy to relate to and very professional. Beth helped us sell our first house. She explained the best way to do it and provided us with some top notch contacts that staged and photographed the house. They made the house look like a Better Homes & Gardens magazine house when our furniture was not the nicest. Beth brought us an offer that we gladly accepted 4 days after listing the house. We were honestly expecting it to take 30 days or more due to the high noise from the I265 so as you can imagine we were pleasantly surprised. Beth is a professional!
