Beth Repta

Beth Repta is known for her innovative use of technology and cutting edge marketing tactics. As a full time Realtor with Keller Williams, Reptas' outside the box approach and well-respected expertise has allowed her to become one of the top grossing agents within her marketplace. Originally from the northern suburbs of Chicago, Repta graduated cum laude from Columbia College in Missouri in 2001. She then started working as a Real Estate Analyst for Walgreens Co, helping to help carve the path of Walgreens rapid store growth. That career parlayed into an overall love of Real Estate and in 2007 Repta started as a full-time Realtor. Repta has won numerous awards through the Chicago Association of Realtors and has consistently been recognized as a Top Producing Realtor within the Chicagoland area. She's also recently been recognized in Top Agent Magazine, winner of the "Road to Rolex" contest for 2015 & "Who's Who of 2016" for Chicago Agent Magazine. Her most prestigious award was being named Top Individual Producer of her former brokerage for 2014 & 2015. Her statistics are proof of the accolades she receives. As an agent that started in 2007, Beth has managed to sell & rent over 350 homes with a career sales volume of over $85,000,000. She takes pride in helping her sellers get more money for their homes as she averages 98% of the list price on her listings versus a 96.9% which is the current average for the Chicagoland agents. Her can-do attitude and ability to embrace technology to connect with clients and collaborate with other real estate professionals around the Chicagoland area is a huge asset to both buyers and sellers. Beth has handled a full array of client types and situations from first time buyers and sellers to short sales, foreclosures, and relocations.
