We coincidentally met Beth when she offered to show a home for another our-of-state realtor and we were representative-less. It was truly a karmic match made in heaven. Beth is attentive, patient, and so incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to buying a home. With our recent purchase our first home buying experience she constantly reminded us that she was with us 100%, no matter how long it would take. Whether is was a panicked text over the weekend or a what do we do next phone call, she was there to guide us and make sure we got the most for our money. She knows exactly when to push in negotiations and when to hold back and because of this was able to find and close on our dream home in the neighborhood that we wanted AND at the price that we were comfortable at; something we thought would be impossible at the height of the market this summer. I honestly do not think that we would have been able to end up in the home that we did without her. She is top notch and above all else, a wonderful human inside and out.
