Beth Mersman

Beth has been in the real estate business since 1998. She is married to her amazing and supportive husband, JD. Her lovely daughter, Alicia, recently made her a Mimi with her beautiful kids, Zoey and Liam. They have an ornery black lab named Hallie, a 100-pound silly lap lab named Lizzie and 5 spoiled chickens, that they love dearly. Beth grew up in Garnett, but did live a couple of years in Hutchinson, KS and in Summerville, SC for a few years. She has spent a lot of time volunteering for Big Brothers Big Sisters, Cornstock and Red Cross. She is the Garnett Planning and Zoning chairperson and President of the Garnett Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She is a volunteer for Anderson County Emergency Management and Rural Fire. She received her CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) certification. Beth enjoyed being on the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors forms committee for about 14 years. Beth had the honor of being recognized in the top 30 Realtors for number of transactions every year since 2014 according to Real Trends. She is a multi-million dollar producer with experience in selling residential, commercial, multi-dwelling, and vacant lots and land properties. Beth prides herself on guiding her clients, both sellers and buyers, through the real estate transaction process with care and attention. Her commitment will continue throughout the transaction and beyond. She maintains the high standards exemplified in the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.
