Hard worker, honest, knowledgeable, above and beyond in researching a six-inch issue with the survey and the area homeowners association. Gave good advice as we were working at a distance. Made calls for both checking up and alerting us to local dynamics. Example, had to have flood insurance to close but one could not purchase flood insurance if there was a named hurricane headed to US coast. Go figure....a great heads up. After closing kept keys and an eye on the house until we could move.....three weeks. Understood our "vision" for charm and character and really was on our team.
