Beth was amazing! We did a relocation through my company and we had a tight deadline in a competitive market. Beth made herself available for our marathon showing days. She also definitely had our back and let us know when something was overpriced for the market. We were able to get a house on our second house finding trip and she was able to negotiate a deal without a bidding war. I have no doubt she is a nice woman, I was just very unimpressed with what she contributed to the sale of my home. I expected more knowledge of the area, county and township procedures, the correct price to list the house, and an enthusiasm that I did not feel from her. I felt she was not very involved. Actually, pretty uninvolved and removed from the process. A retired realtor friend of mine and my lawyer were amazed she did so little to help with the sale. Didn't even use a photographer...just her cell phone pictures. I have 2 friends who were going to use her if she was great, but I couldn't recommend. Luckily for her, my gentler sister was her point of contact, not me.

She was always on time, could call or text at any time of day and she is sure to answer. Beth is always straight forward, not just working to aEUR~get the sale. I know that my fiancA(C) and I were not easy home buyers to work with, as we are both extremely picky and meticulous.. Despite the headaches I'm sure we caused her, Beth made us feel like family during our search. She will get you what you want, whether it takes two days or two years.
