Beth was recommended to us as really good at moving real estate.We has a meeting, decided from the conversation to list immediately. We set the price, she took photos. The suggestion was to use an online auction house before we did a normal listing, agreed to the process.The auction ended without meeting the reserve. Beth took the initiative to get our rejection letter to us and got an offer at the reserve from the bidder. From end of auction to close was less than 2 weeks. We have moved several properties over the years and never in the timely and effective manner provided by Beth.
