We called Debbie?s office to see a home from a sign in front and we are thrilled she was on call that day. She immediately came to the house and got approval to show it to us. There were three other units in the complex we saw and she got on the phone and arranged to show us while we were there. She was relatively new to the area, hence, the average rating on local knowledge but that will soon, if not already remedied. In the days that followed, she showed us a few other units and was always available when we needed her. We found a condo on the golf course where we play and changed our specifications on our search from a second place to our primary residence, selling our home in Tampa. While we could have contacted the listing Realtor, we were so impresses with Debbie that we called her to represent us on the purchase, which she did very professionally. My only regret is that we didn?t have her handle the sale of our Tampa home. Debbie is down to earth, professional and likable. We are very pleased with her representing us on this transaction. We would definitely contact her if we ever need her services in the future.

Brittany helped my wife, infant daughter, and puppy find a new house in the Seminole/St. Pete area.
