We spent a great deal of time communicating with our Realtor. Bernita has a wonderful and pleasing personality and she has great communication skills. We enjoyed working with her. We were living in another city when looking for our house. The local knowledge of this Realtor was invaluable. We would ask questions about the city, the different neighborhoods, housing costs, etc. We asked a lot of questions and she patiently answered every question. It had been a while since we had last purchased a home; so, we needed everything explained to us about the process. She was great at explaining the process every step of the way. She was always available to us by phone or text and she always responded in a timely fashion. I was always texting her questions; I tried to be mindful that she had other clients too. Negotiation is very important and Bernita was very helpful to us as we negotiated the final price on our new home. My home buying experience was a great experience as we got to look at all the homes that I wanted to see. We found our new home in about 3 weeks. We highly recommend Bernita to assist you in finding your new home.

Bernita was very nice and very experienced as a realtor. She answered all of our questions and offered helpful advice. We asked a lot of questions due to us been first time home buyers but she was very patient and knowledgeable. Bernita made us feel very comfortable around her. Bernita is awesome! She walked be through each step of the home buying process. She is patient and very understanding to meet the customer's needs. Her recommendations about insurance, home inspection and appraisal was invaluable. She knows her market and she knows the a,b,c's of selling houses. Bernita Burden was very helpful and made the whole process very easy. She understood that I needed to move rather quickly and made it happen. My vague description of what I was looking for still allowed her to pinpoint the properties I would like and the one I was most likely to choose. During the purchasing process it was very easy to get a hold of her and have connections to inspectors and suggestions for insurers. Communication between her and the seller's agent was quick and negotiations seemed to go through without a hitch. Overall, Bernita made what I was told would be a very stressful experience into a very pleasant one.
